Episode 32: Gluten Free Raisin Muffins
Not only are these gluten free, they're also dairy, egg and nut free and yes they taste real good!
Gluten Free Raisin Muffin Recipe:
Makes 9 muffins

1 c. Oat flour
1 c. Rice flour
1/2 c. Gluten free old fashioned oats
1 Tbs. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Sea salt
1/4 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon ( optional)
1/4 tsp. Clove powder
1 1/4 c. Water
1 c. Raisins
1 Tbs. Apple cider vinegar
( note: we grind brown rice and old fashioned gluten free oats in our grinder to get our flours)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together very well.
Grease muffin tins.
Pour batter into muffin tins.
Bake for 20 min.
Take muffins out of pan to cool.
Enjoy!
